[Everything doTERRA] Chronic nosebleeds and UTI in young boys

My friend has a son (6 YO) that frequently has nosebleeds (twice a
week throughout the year) unless she sprays something natural called
Ocean Spray up his nose. I know there are things like helichrysum that
stop the bleeding once it has started but wondering if there is any
protocol to stop the nose bleeds from occurring at all. I don't know
if the oils could heal this or if there is something lacking in his
diet but any thoughts would be appreciated.

Her other son (almost 8) has UTIs on a regular basis. Any thoughts
would also be great. Thanks!
