I definitely can understand the lack of eating healthy and the whole
yo-yo dieting. I've been there, I'm living it now and unless I make
some changes it'll just be how I am the rest of my life. I like good
food and then I gain and then I cut it all out until I'm where I want
to be in weight (or close to) then I go back to my bad ways.
So I get where you're coming from and I also understand the wild binge
sprees.
But there is one video I found that would surprise you on just how
important 30 minutes of walking a day is (let alone what biking,
running, lifting weights hiking, etc can do). Please see this video.
It's a fun watch, but very educational and informative. I know
doTERRA's oils can help you along the way, but the fact of the matter
is, unless we are active, our weight and our medical issues, will
never get better.
