I awoke around 12:45 am with a breaking fever and upper chest congestion. I may have something respiratory (infection?) going on. The Onguard seemed to work for my tongue, tho' it's hinting at coming back. I may have to get my B12 checked or maybe just add something to my diet with that in it. Also going to try some Solace. I went through forced menopause after a hysterectomy in 1999, but every now and then I still feel those hormonal issues. We just never stop being who we are!
So, I am very happy to have enjoyed 2 good hours of sleep, after a totally sleepless night last night. Hopefully I'll get a couple more before morning. This getting rid of poisons in our bodies is not an easy thing. So grateful we have the tools with which to do so, though!
