Re: [Everything doTERRA] 5 year old fell

she can't bend over without pain, but it isn't intense pain, she just moans.  Maybe we should take her in, just in case.  Thanks so much.

She could have broken or fractured her ribs or even her back. Can she bend over all the way without pain? Can she take a deep breathe without pain? If the answer is no on both of the questions then you need to take her for xrays. There are times when our medical community comes in handy.

Yesterday, at school on the playground, my 5 year old daughter fell off the equipment and landed on her back.  Within a few minutes, she was able to get up on her own, but she complained of it hurting to breathe.  By the time I got there, she was still sore and sad, but was able to do most things.  All evening she complained that bending over, sitting up, breathing, etc. hurt her. She woke up this morning still very sore.  I rubbed frankincense and aromatouch into her back and spine.  Is there anything else I can do?  My thought is that she had the wind knocked out of her and maybe bruised her ribs.  I don't suspect anything further because she isn't vomiting or unable to move, etc.  It will most likely just take time and rest. If anyone has any experience with this and think I'm missing anything, I'd love to hear!  It's so hard to watch our little ones hurting.
