[Everything doTERRA] Anemia and pain at mastectomy site

I received a email from a new IPC looking for was to help her friend
and her friends son. I would appreciate everyone's thoughts on this,
I wonder if she isn't maybe Gluten Intolerant this could explain why
she can't seem to get her Iron levels up?

Below is the questions from the email
I have anemia my blood is at a 9.5 now it took me 3 months to get
there from and 8 (Iron Anemia). I am just 1 year out from chemo and
radiation from breast cancer. Have a lot of pain in mastectomy site.
I have a machine that helps the lymphatic fluid flow but is causing
issues under arm and pain in arm. Thyroid is off balance all the
time.

My oldest son has had to have surgery on his lymph nodes under his
arm they are still searching for the reason for this. They thought it
was cancer. The dr was sure of it. I came back okay but they said
his immune system is having issues. He suffers from migraines and
they have put him on some opium and other drugs.

I first would suggest our Life Long Vitality Supplements and for pain
White Fir and Frankincense applied topically
