Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: puppy anxiety

Where is he sleeping?  Does he sleep with your other dog or with a family member?  If not, that may solve your problem.  Dogs are pack animals and are not really meant to be alone.  I got my puppy at about 5 weeks because the mother was ill and wouldn't feed her anymore. She would wander around and look for cozy spots to nap.  In our household this meant seeking out any infrared-reflecting clothing or blankets. This is also the energy that the human and animal body gives off.  She even climbed into a box one time to lie on some socks and was missing for quite a while because we never thought to look there!  Her breeder gave us a towel that smelled like the mother for her to lie on but she quickly left it in favor of real, live people or the infrared.   My dog (now close to 6 years old) calms down from TerraShield.  No idea why.  You never know which oils work till you test them!

Remember he is a baby... 7 1/2 weeks is VERY young to be taken from
his mother and siblings. He is missing his family, and may also be
cold, as puppies do not regulate their body temperature very well.
Make sure he is warm and cozy.
