I just had to find this thread because my daughter is suffering from a runny nose this morning, which she says is not from allergies. She's going to try the Rosemary thing.

Yesteray she had a fever of 105, sore throat and just general lethargy - i thought we were going to have to cancel activities we had planned for today, but I ran the diffuser with OnGuard in it on and off yesterday, and in her bedroom last night, and all that's left today is this runny nose.

Thank you, doTERRA, for giving me a reprieve! That child is impossible when she's sick!!

just a tiny swipe of rosemary under my nose top of upper lip will dry
my runny nose right up if i get too much i will be so thirsty so i
know it's drying me up so not even a drop will do for me i just touch
the top of the bottle then touch under my nose maybe this will work
for you too
