I, too, will stay off my soapbox....OnGuard kept our family flu-free for the past 2 years.  I use Balance with it on the bottom of my feet daily (and Elevation) and I love it!

I personally NEVER get the flu shot for me or my kids. Neither does my
husband. And I am one is on the "high risk category" and should get
it. I'm not one that likes injecting more into my body then needs to
be there. And I don't feel like we've had many bouts of flu in our
house either.
