Is the suggested protocol. I'd strongly encourage the Antibiotic
protocol and looking at the Candida connection.
The best non-oil protocol with a 70%+ success rate requires a candida
diet with the protocol. (Prescription antibiotics have a 35% success rate).
Keep in mind that if the Lyme infection has been present for a long time
it may take more than the 2 cycles.
Can't answer about the capsules. I would definitely drink a lot of water
with lemon oil as well. You need to make sure that the child is having
regular BMs not good for toxins to stay in the body.
