Hello,
My nephew is discovering that he can't tolerate lactose since going
off to college last month. I have read about lemongrass and digestzen
being quite helpful. Someone said 2 drops lemongrass twice daily and
several people mentioned digestzen but w/no dosage. Does taking these
oils "heal" your body so you can tolerate the lactose or do they work
as a lactose pill would so that you must use them w/each serving of a
dairy product? If so, what amount of digestzen would be suggested and
would it be internal or used topically on the stomach? Thank you!
