I gave blood a few months ago and it took awhile for the nurse to find a vein (she had to use both arms). Two months later when it was time to donate again I had been on LLV for about a month and used Balance on my arms in the morning and they found a vein in no time and were able to get blood very quickly. I used Deep Blue afterwards to lessen bruising.
So I would use Balance in the morning and Deep Blue in the evening.
