probably count them on one hand. My first suggestion is not an oil answer,
but it helped tremendously in addition to using the oils. As soon as I went
off of any kind of gluten my migraines stopped. I also use lemon in my water
daily. If he is very toxic, I suggest a slower approach to detoxifying. If
he is not on the LLV yet, which helped me too, I suggest starting that, but
I needed to start out slow, like a capsule of each and then go up from
there. Lots and lots of water with lemon, grapefruit, orange, slim and sassy
etc..
Try different combinations for his headaches. I found I can narrow mine down
to different kinds, and I use different oils, with my hormonal headaches I
use clary sage and frankincense and peppermint, "regular" headaches, I have
found deep blue, frank. and peppermint to be a good combo for me.
A good shoulder and neck rub with deep blue and peppermint and some
fractionated coconut oil before bed and in the morning might also be a good
way to loosen up those muscles.
This is not going to be a quick fix. It will take time, especially with him
having used meds for so long.

Good afternoon all! My husband gets very frequent headaches, usually daily.
His very first stop in the mornings is usually. The medicine cabinet. He
goes regularly to the chiropractor, but still gets the headaches, and has
gotten them for years. I know he needs to detox and he is very skeptical,
but today he told me he is willing to at least talk about it with me.
Anyone have advice on approaching the topic, and which products would be
best- the gx cleanse then pb assist, or add the zendocrine and everything
right away? He also suffers with ibs so I know the gx is good, but with all
the pain killers I think he'll need more support than just that. Thanks for
any suggestions.
