[Everything doTERRA] Kidney Pain/Hiccups

I have a friend who is experiencing frequent kidney pain, as well as sporadic hiccups. He had his gall bladder removed in March. I would love to help him with essential oils. I know Zendocrine is recommended as well as XEO Mega supplements. Does anyone have experience with something like this, or some insight on what might be causing this?
