I have been using the Oregano and Lemon for the last couple days on my back, following a long overdue visit to the chiropractor. It is VERY effective, but I also use AromaTouch over the top to increase circulation and the a small amount of deep blue. I would think the AromaTouch would aid in the expedient release of the air... Just my two cents. But definitely try the Oregano and Lemon.

For just the pain part of it, someone on here said recently that Oregano and Lemon together are better than any pain pill. I haven't tried it yet, but it would be worth a try.

And yes, I've had laproscopic surgeries, and the gas pain is the worst part of it all! The blessing is that eventually it does go away.

Blessings,
