Ashwaganda has been a traditional remedy for male infertility and impotence.  Use 2-3 servings a day of the Trimshakes and I'll bet it will help.  Also avoid plastics like water and pop bottle and perhaps use one of the citrus oils or Slim & Sassy to break down plastics in the body which contribute to infertility.
