One thing I'll state in response to this is that testing for celiac disease often has false negatives because the damage to the intestinal tract is only in patches, and if they don't hit a patch the test will be negative, yet the celiac disease is still present. One week of eliminating gluten completely (not an easy task because it hides in processed foods and salad dressings, etc.) is enough usually to determine for sure whether or not one is gluten intolerant/celiac.

celiac blood test.  That can help you know if your body is having a
specific response and you can follow up with appropriate tests, if
needed. You have to be eating gluten for the tests to be accurate so
do that right away. If it's negative you can try all the other
excellent suggestions people have shared. But if it's positive you
will be glad to have a positive diagnosis and the support to heal.
