I listened to that a few times and took some notes and then put a power point together from that:0) there is also a mood matrix power point on your virtual website that Dr. Hill created with the basic 4 mood -Serentiy, Citrus Bliss, Elevation & Balance and if you asked this group and others they would all have different oils on top of those:) Frankincense is a huge one for mood elevating and altering our moods-it is one of the highest frequency/vibration oils that we can get at this point and with some wild orange-yummy! those two on the top of your throat down to your heart and back up to your throat connect your brain and your heart:) good things to have connected on a daily basis, right? Vetiver and Lime are really great together and smell so good and can alter moods immensely...Smell it on a man-WOW!!! :) Patchouli and Bergamot or any of the citrus oils also help and I know Slim & Sassy daily on my hips, thighs and belly with some extra grapefruit not only helped me drop weight and inches but also elevated my energy, vibration/frequency and boost me up daily:)
> ask this group their mood oils and you would get a huge list:) with different blends together... love that... .
> and then you have to give credit to the Life Long Vitality Pack that has a powerful way of healing the body and giving the nutrients and vitamins and what nots:) that are bodies are lacking-I truly believe there was no way for me to go off my anti depressant and other pain meds without the Vitality pack daily supplementing me:) I know that is the basis that my body needed to start healing and balancing and then the oils complimented the supplements in my body... :)
> I am not sure my notes are typed up but I could look and you can email me to remind me if you want them and see if I can have them together soon.... I also have some good copies with blends and other mood oils to use...if you want...But listen to Laura Jacobs on builddoterra cuz she is good and explaining it and goes along with Dr. Hill's webinar or somewhat:)
