[Everything doTERRA] Detoxing with one Kidney?

My Aunt only has one Kidney from donating her other one. She has been
told that she can not do any detox. Can she do the Lemon Detox or can
she just have some lemon in the water she regularly drinks every day?
She has been doing Slim and Sassy and loves it but has slowed down to
4 drops in a shot glass of juice a day. She needs to know if this is
ok before she keeps going.
