[Everything doTERRA] Cluster Blood Vessels on the brain

I have a lady that was High blood pressure along with cluster blood
vessels on her brain!. Kinda over my head and was looking for some
feed back. Also she doesn't sleep without medication and is stressed
to say the least some of theses problems I know what to do but looking
for input.
