[Everything doTERRA] Bacteria in Blood

My aunts brother has been really sick for a while. They thought he
had fifths disease which is going around in our valley. But they have
decided he has a bacteria in his blood. He is really sick and they
cannot figure out what it is for sure. Any advice on what oils and
what they should do with them would greatly be appreciated. From a
little research I've done, I think he should use melaleuca. But I am
curious about the antibiotic mixture of oregano, frankincense, and on
guard. Any advice would go a long ways. Thanks!!!!
