Tamalu,
I hope you don't mind me directing this question to you, anyone else who might have some insight I would love other responses.  Have you had any experience with using the candida cleanse and the PB assist to help someone who is gluten intolerant?  I was reading in Body Ecology Diet that people are gluten intolerent because they lack the bacteria in their gut to digest the gluten.  Hope you can shed some knowledge on this, I felt that if it works so many people could benefit from it.
