Rob's book helped me initially make sense of it all.  I didn't even look at the website, just studied the book for several days with a highlighter and red pen! 

ESSENTIAL OILS REFERENCE GUIDE – R.L. JAMES.  Put tabs on the sections and it becomes magical for finding what you need.   It's like standing back and seeing the puzzle put together.   Corporate usually keeps some on hand, but you can get them from Rob and Wendy as well.

I am sending a few things that I have used, hope they help. The biggest thing you can show your people is your enthusiasm. They will feel your excitement and let them smell the oils and try them, that is the key.
