As usual Debbie, you have hit it very well. Remember he can take the candida blend and the PB at the same time, just not the same time of day, or not together. Every time he drinks water, which needs to be often to keep the toxin washed, he can put in two drops of lemon, and then when needed for digestive issues he can add either a couple drops of Peppermint or DigestZen.

Everything looks great, good job.

Candida cleanse capsules (3 d. oregano, 5 d. melaleuca, 5 d. lemon) to include On Guard (3 d.)– 30 days on, 2 weeks off

Capsule daily with 8-10 d. basil, 2 d. cinnamon, 2 d. orange

External on feet morning and night– OnGuard, Balance, cassia, orange, cinnamon;  adding lavender at night

Lemon, Peppermint and DigestZen in water –

DigestZen and Peppermint rub over intestinal area

 

How many drops of lemon, peppermint, digestzen (in water) – how often – how many times a day?
