[Everything doTERRA] Re: Help please

Brooke,

You're absolutely right. Unlike some of the medicines we're used to taking
like aspirin, you don't just take it once and have it last 4-6 hours. You
can apply it frequently. Use them on an as needed basis. When your body
tells you it needs more, put more on.

One thing to remember is that many people who use essential oils have not
been using the CPTG oils. So you will see things online that say: don't use
Eos undiluted, or don't take internally, or don't use frequently. Every time
I see that I want to send them a sample of doTerra's oils.

I had a man with rheumatoid arthritis tell me: "This birch works great for
about the first hour or so, then it's useless." When I asked him how often
he was reapplying it, he said, "Oh yeah, I'm supposed to keep putting it on,
huh? I remember you told me that but I didn't think you meant it."

His wife and I got a good laugh out of it.

Slather it on, often!

Denise

I have wondered about the "length of use" as well. I believe you are doing
the right thing - but I would think that doing it more often (especially if
they are in the midst of the sickness) would be better! I applied the oils
up to 5 times a day on my kids when they were sick (used oregano twice and
basil the other times) - and they got over things quick!
(In past post's it says to only use Oregano 21 days in a row before giving
your body a break)

Some one tell me if I'm wrong - but from what I've heard - one to two
applications are not quite enough - and "more" is actually "better"!?!
Good Luck and hang in there! So far, everyone I've used them on - who had a

'flu' only lasted 2-3 days.
