Alcohol based crap has NO PERSISTENCE. It will kill what is on your hands as you use it, but if you shake someones hands with infection on it after applying, tough luck.
I also have a suspicion that we will see a new product along those lines at convention, along with several other newbies. I CAN"T WAIT!!

PS. I love the idea of mixing on guard with a moisturizer for your own anti-bacterial cream. Also consider pure Alo-vera gel and glycerin with On Guard. Might leave things a little sticky for a bit, but I should be VERY EFFECTIVE.
