Yes, just wondering if not taking a break in between messed up the cleanse, as I do have some symptoms of candida.

Yes continue with the DZ as long as you need it. But at least try to take all three a day. If you have discomfort go to what work best. No matter what continue for only ten days and then do the PB. If you have not accomplished the full recommended dosage then wait 10 days and start over, again trying to take all 3 per day for 10 days, followed by the PB.
