I did three rounds of the yeast cleanse at full size, but forgot about waiting ten days in between. I didn't notice any symptoms or changes at all. Do you think I should do it again?

Yes continue with the DZ as long as you need it. But at least try to take all three a day. If you have discomfort go to what work best. No matter what continue for only ten days and then do the PB.. If you have not accomplished the full recommended dosage then wait 10 days and start over, again trying to take all 3 per day for 10 days, followed by the PB.

Should I continue to take DigestZen while I am taking GX Assist? What about lemon in my water? I understand that has a cleansing effect also. I am starting out with just 1 GX a day because I don't want to risk having more diarrhea. --
