I am wanting to send out some samples to help a family member suffering from Crohn's disease. The protocol calls for filling capsules with the oil and taking internally.
My question is: can I fill gelatin capsules with the oils and send, and how long will they last? I am told that you cannot fill vegetable capsules ahead of time but I'm wondering about the gelatin capsules.
