I think you are very wise in your approach with the Type 1 diabetic. Testing is absolutely critical to understanding what the blood sugars are doing, and taking action if they
are too high or to low. I have never heard of the term pre-diabetic. The pancreas is either functioning as normal, partially functioning, or not at all. In the cases where it is
partially functioning, or not working at all, will need some kind of medical attention. It is quite the educational process to learn how to treat diabetes correctly, so there are no
complications like loss of sight, organs shut down, loss of limbs, or death. If people don't test and treat accordingly, before they know it, they are dealing with some very
complicated physical issues. I cannot reemphasize enough how important any type of diabetic be testing their blood on a regular basis. Anyone going on this new oil protocol,
should be testing more than usual, keeping good logs and journals of their levels, what they are eating, how they are treating themselves, so that they can react effectively to the
different levels.
