[Everything doTERRA] Re: Ingrown Toenails

I highly recommend professional type pedicures using lavender,
melaleuca and/or any other oil that makes sense for this situation.
After the nail is cut to a proper length, a very small v notch in the
free edge of the nail near the ingrown side will encourage the nail to
grown more in the direction of the notch so it won't be pressing on
the soft tissue so much.
