A couple of comments on Xylitol - most important it is poison to dogs so
if you have them don't share with them. Also it can cause some GI
discomfort so be cautious. I think small amounts of berries are fine,
you really just need to avoid high sugar fruits. Most candida diets are
pretty extreme and its very hard to stay on them. Just my opinion, but I
believe avoiding white flour, white rice and sugars for the first year
after you start the diet. PB Assist is an awesome probiotic if you
aren't using it.
