You have no idea how much I needed this idea! Thank you for sharing! I am currently using stevia only as any sweetener as I'm trying to rid my body of candida. I'm also avoiding all fruits, so I am missing my smoothies! This sounds yummy and exactly what I need!

This tastes like liquid cheesecake!
In a blender bottle, add 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (not the kind
in a can) and one heaping scoop of vanilla Trim Shake. Shake well.
Add 1/3 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt and one drop of lemon oil! Shake
again and enjoy!
This equals 27 - 30 grams of protein depending on what brand yogurt
you use. I use Kirkland Signature Costco brand.
