Re: [Everything doTERRA] Abridged summary of everythingdoterra@googlegroups.com - 91 Messages in 32 Topics

Hello,

I receive this broadcast everyday and have never replied,  many times I read quickly and delete, however, this time I feel that I should speak up.  My husband and I have been with doTERRA since the beginning.  Yes, there are growing pains and yes there are areas that need fine tuning and times when our frustration vents....isn't that true of our lives in general? In response to the complaints about the way customer service handles or not an inquiry...I feel that rather than posting complaints on a site where many people send new IPC's or people that are just curious, it would be better to go through the proper channels and not use this site as a frustration, angry, annoyed, complaining department.  There is a principle known as business etiquette.

Please remember a positive business site will be far more beneficial to everyone rather than griping and showing others what one may not like or feel they could do better...suggestions/constructive criticism are tools that help everyone presented in the correct context.

The founders of this company gave us the"Gift of the Earth" how we represent it is up to us.
Just something to think about.
