You take them as directed on each bottle. If you detox to fast then just

reduce the quantity, but stay with the 10 days. And then the PB for 5 days.

The Zendocrine is a major organ  cleanse and I take mine with the GX and 

it doesn't bother me at all. However, this is a personal choice.

As for the Zendocrine blend you can put it on the liver area topically or

even add it to the slim and sassy or just take in some water.
