Re: [Everything doTERRA] GX Assist - What to Expect? (Lots of Questions)

Everyone reacts differently.  I have known of people that have had no reaction whatsoever.  I took a days worth, and had horrible flu symptoms com on.  I started a flu protocol right away and stopped taking GX.  After about 24 hours I felt fine.  I started taking just one a day and worked up after about a week.  I would start out cautiously and then increase if you don't have a bad reaction.  If you do, back off, and let your body recover from the burn off, then continue.  Bottom line is, you are forcing your body into a cleanse, and I would be surprised if you didn't feel the effects in some way.  Just be prepared to back off if you need to.

I started today on GX Assist and want to err on the side of caution as
I work full time and my weekends are always hectic. I just took 1 this
morning with my Trim Shake and thus far, feel no different.

*Should I be going to the bathroom more often?
*If I feel fine today, should I step it up to 2 pills tomorrow?
*Should I be documenting anything to see changes or will they be
obvious?
*Do I change the way I've been eating?

I've been trying to look through old posts and nothing specific is
helping to answer these.

Thanks!
