[Everything doTERRA] chicken health and treatment

I am looking for suggestions on what to do to ensure my chickens are
not effected by an airborne respiratory infection that has killed most
of my neighbors flock. Would you spray down their coop and the area
around it with On Guard or should I use an antibiotic blend with
oregano to ensure their safety? Are the oils safe to use on
chickens? Your suggestions would be greatly apprectiated.
