Just a quick tip after reading this, put helicrysm on the finger and when you put the oils on the spine, put them on the back of your hand first then on to your back. You get more coverage that way and don't lose any with just your fingers and it doesn't get all over your fingers either.... Then massage along the spine with just the finger tips, and or thumbs. When I learned this little trick I was amazed at how much better the application was helping my pain and sickness. These are just suggestions, not cures or diagnosis. Good luck to you,

I would be agressive with the oils topically and internally.  If the oils you are using aren't making a difference,

then I would switch to some different oils.  The oils you are using should be taking care of it.  When you soak in

the epsom salts, make sure to add the oils to the water.  Let us know what ends up working.  Have you had the oils

applied to your back and feet?  Sometimes what is the obvious, isn't so, it could be something phantom.  Use your instincts as to which oil(s) is going to be best for you.  Deb

I went to the Doctor a week ago on Monday. She wasn't worried about
it. She gave me antibiotics and said to soak it in epsom salts as
well. She also said if it doesn't drain on it's own to come back and
she would lance it. The swelling goes down more each day but today was
the first day the pain was this severe. I still have the prescription
and can get it filled but I would really rather use oils. And yes, I
have been taken the oils internally as well. :)
