You do a far better job in keeping us all on top of things! You are an amazing woman. And just to set the record straight, I had the back surgery 21 years ago and was addicted for 9 years. I've been using the oils for 12 years, but found better results with doterra for the past three years. The back pain doesn't flair up anymore unless I lift too heavy objects...or persons like my grandson...LOL. Then I just start to apply the oils again and I'm back to normal within a few hours to within a day. I love these oils.Jan in Florida

Had the same surgery, same area, and got addicted to Hydrocodone. IN fact, that is how I got on the oils! Use helicrysm, white fir and Cypress. And use Frankincense along with aromatouch and deep blue. Don't use all the oils at the same time. Alternate your blends. But use helicrysm and frank every day. Massage the surgery site daily.

the doctor to be put on some sort of steroid to help with that. I am
hoping that someone will have some suggestions for me as to what may
