Helicrysm, Aromatouch, Deep Blue, White Fir, Cypress and Frankinsence..one drop under the tongue and the rest topically on nlocation. I'm sure you will have a lot more suggestions....happy oiling. Let us know what works for her.

I was speaking with my grandma the other day and she mentioned a
condition she has in her hips. I can't remember the name of it but I
think it started with a "v".
She said that the pain is in her nerves and she goes in to the dr's
office to get shots quite often. I'm wondering what I can give her to
help with this problem?
