If you go the herbal route, make sure the combination you use is false unicorn with lobelia. These two together are powerful, but recognize that if she is supposed to miscarry because here is something going on with the baby, the herbs will ease the miscarriage and if she is supposed to hold onto the baby, the herbs will strengthen the pregnancy. I would seek a qualified herbalist for this one. And these two herbs should only be used if there is bleeding going on. If she needs an herbalist, she can contact me, and I would be happy to walk her through it.
