[Everything doTERRA] Re: classes

Hi Carla, Great idea!!! and there are loads of ideas below. In NZ
where I live we have done many of these types of events. Anything
where you can get people involved is the key.
In my Spa nights when we made the bath fizzies we had them fill a
mould to take home later. Demo the how to make bath salts and they get
to fill a bag (could be tiny paper bag or a wee organza bag or cello)
have some curling ribbon there and have them gift wrap it for
themselves so they can see how easy it is to make a gift.
Scented draw liners and stationery. Roll nice paper up with some drops
of oils on cotton wool ball seal in a plastic bag and leave for a few
weeks it will take on the fragrance. Same with gift cards and
envelopes. At the end of the night I would gather up one of each thing
and show them how they could put them together to make a goody basket
as a gift for someone who might be having a birthday or not feeling
well.

Another one we did was a foot massage night called a "PAMPER Night. "
they bring a bowl and towel each.On the night we have them buddy up so
they have one and receive one. Have them soak in Melaleuca first,
then have some fractionated coconut oil and their favourite essential
oil and do a foot massage on each other. It's lots of fun and
laughter. You could have a door prize of an AromaTouch session lucky
draw for all those turning up. (if you have learnt this technique.)

You could have a Essential oil home cleaning class night. Teach them
to make room freshners and baking soda foot powders for smelly shoes.
Baking soda toilet and basin cleaners. If you can buy baking soda in a
bulk bin it is often really cheap way to supply a small amount for
each attendee to take a sample home. You can have then help by passing
around the mixing bowl and get them to stir in the essential oils you
choose. Then let them bag or jar some up to take home so they can
test it out. Again it is participation.

Well I hope that has given you some more ideas. There is a wealth of
knowledge and experience from all who contribute on this forum. What a
blessing for us all.
Warm Regards Sue.
