I see many references online about improving or increasing appetite, but
usually the oil chosen is to treat WHY they have lost their appetite,
whether it's age, surgery, depression, etc. Here is a good article, that can

I also saw a reference to using Clary Sage, because it stimulates digestive
juices. And while everythingessential.me doesn't list digestion as a benefit
of Clary Sage, it does list Bergamot as beneficial in stimulating the
digestive system. I tend to trust Rob and this group more than I trust other
websites, so I'd try the Bergamot and ask others if Clary Sage has been
shown to have a positive influence on the digestion.

Do you see where I'm going with this? When I have a problem that I can't
find an easy answer to (man I love having this group to post to, it's so
helpful) then I look in the references and guides I have and see which
individual oil has the properties that could help. I also try to look for an
underlying cause and use the oil for that thereby helping the 2ndary issue.
