If you have stock on hand that you sell to the customer, you can charge whatever you wish for those items that you sell directly, and receive the commission immediately (difference between what you paid for the item and what you charge a retail customer).  If you place a retail order and sell those items to a customer, you'll pay the retail price, and will receive the commission (25%, I believe) in your next check (provided, of course, that you meet the criteria to receive a check in the first place).  Customers who go online and place retail orders from your website, pay retail price, and your receive the commissions on your check (again, 25%).
