There is no harm. The amount of Oregano is very small. Unless they are around sick people though, there is no need to use them daily. Personally I use one as prevention whenever I am out in public and one the next day. If they feel something coming on they can take 2 or 3. My daughter was around a nasty flu and felt it coming on and took 6 all at once and knocked it out (not on my advice - she just did it and told me later how good it worked).
