I've had a stye & a chalazion cyst on my eyelid for a couple months now. My friend introduced me to essential oils about 2-3 weeks ago so I've been applying Melaleuca & Lavendar on the eyelid directly on a daily basis. It's shrunk slightly (say 25%?) and less red, but weeks later, the cyst is still there right on the edge of the eyelid, which is quite unsightly. I'm about to try using Frankincense & Helichrysum as suggested for a stye, but given that it's probably more of a chalazion cyst now, I wonder if there are other protocols I could use? Could I put the Frankincense & Helichrysum directly on my eyelid instead of just breathing into it? Any other suggestions? Thanks for any help in advance!

My husband was diagnosed with MND ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) when he was 69 years old 6 years ago. The Rilutek (riluzole) did very little to help him. The medical team did even less.
