Sorry, I forgot to say we both are taking it. I will up to two today and if no problems we will up to three. I am the one who has the seizure disorder and went off my meds using doTERRA so I was a little concerned. When I muscle tested with my up-line when she was in town (I am the only one in another state) shortly after stopping the meds she said to wait 3 weeks so I did and here I am three months off my meds. I was scared to do it and get the meds out of my system to fast. After the first dose I felt a tad of how I did when a seizure would happen but it passed in about 10 minutes and second day was great. I will let you know if we have any issues. Thanks for you help!

We only use natural sugars like honey if sweetener is needed. I only cook from scratch and no fast food/soda items either. We always use the oils and drink lots of lemon and other citrus water.
