I would do the lemon water and the LLV like she said. Then follow that slowly with the GX assist first followed by PB. Then attempt the Zendocrine. When I did the Zendocrine first, I got extremely constipated for a few weeks. I think if I had started cleansing my GI tract first, I wouldn't have had this problem. So I would slowly over the next few months do 1. lemon water, 2. LLV for a while, 3. GX then PB, then wait a little while and attempt the 4. Zendocrine.

every other day but keep on the lemon water. You can even add a
couple drops of line if she likes the flavor better. Make sure she is
