When my 2 month old twins got matching fevers, I had a lot of luck
putting breathe in a humidifying diffuser and keeping them in the
stream. First twin had a fever for 4 days that kept spiking to 102
second lasted 12 hours and never went over 100 after we figured out
the breathe.
