I wouldn't. If there is a suspected candida issue just take the PB Assist and eliminate white flour, white rice, white potatoes and sugar from the diet and wait until done nursing.
I know some people think its okay but the candida can come out in the infant and this is such a precious time that I don't think its worth the risk of having a colicky, rashy baby.
