Clary Sage, Lemongrass and Coriander! Not necessarily all at once,
but I muscle test and put about 4 drops in a capsule. I also use
Vetiver topically (on my forehead because I love the smell!)almost
every single night. Also, I remember Dr Hill saying that if you go to
sleep easily but cannot stay asleep, use a citrus oil, like Bergamot
along with your oil of choice. I find that on the nights that I have
a lot of mental chatter the Serenity seems to help. I just put a drop
on my finger and run it across the forehead and maybe one at the
occiput (the base of the skull). The first time I did that, I woke up
about 5:30 a.m. and was astounded that I had slept all the way through
the night! Sweet dreams to all.
